IMPROVEMENT OF PHYSICAL CONDITION

Improvement of physical condition programme  is directed to the people who are not satisfied with their physical condition. The target of this programme is to improve all physical conditions for every physical effort. Altogether it is a multilateral training of all locomotive ability.

Problems with physical condition are consequences of passive life styles and sedentary jobs. They are connected to bad state of the heart, circulatory system and air tract. They appear during increased hard work (walk upstairs, downstairs, light jog, house cleaning and so on...), and include increase of pulse rate to the maximum value, breathlessness, hyperhidrosis and other unpleasant symptoms.

Training is focused on development of aerobic and anaerobic persistence, strength and velocity persistence, which means improvement of cardiovascular system, air tract and also physical condition.
