I go to the workout with Mirka I got by luck. It was a prize on a internet website. At the first meeting I was captured by her professionalism with which she gets to the training plan and to the real workouts. The first time I was surprised how much of a difference there is exercising with a personal trainer. Not only does he constantly supervise you to see if you do the exercises correctly and with maximum effect, but he also perfectly motivates you, when you are not in the mood to workout or when you want to end early. After only a few workouts I was feeling much better physically and mentally and now after three months I am visibly strengthened and I lost some weight. I’m really happy I met Mirka and I would like to thank her for her services and kind attitude. I hope I keep with workouts under her supervision.

" I went to Mirka not only because of my long-term complaints of back and hip ache, but also to improve my figure after four kids, who are now grown up. Everything began with the doctors (practical doctor and physiotherapist), to whom Mirka sent me before our first workout. Only after those examinations was a training plan made, which was constantly verified with the physiotherapist and my needs. The first signs of improvement presented themselves after one month of workouts, when I got the feeling that my body could do some movements better than before I got started with the exercise. What fascinates me about the workout is that I really feel individual care and I have the security that everything I’m doing is to my benefit. I would like to add that at the beginning I hesitated a little bit because of the money. I thought the long-term workout would burden my budget but now I have to say I was wrong. The money is a good investment because you get rid of your troubles and its results will improve your self-confidence. "

I found a personal trainer because I often had backache, loosened muscles and of course some extra kilos. Since May when I started to exercise with the personal trainer, I have lost 10 kilos (it would be probably more if I would respect the prescribed diet), my muscles have strengthened and I don’t have backache anymore. On her workouts I value firstly her individual attitude. Under her supervision I do more exercise than I would do alone and I do it correctly. I really enjoy the exercises not only for the welfare, which is always in her workouts, but also the workouts are varied. I also see the change in my body that I wanted to see. I’m working out three times a week and I look forward to every workout with the personal trainer.

Today it is not unusual that every other person has a backache and backbone pain. I do. Eight hours at the computer did it... I was thinking about the gym for almost a year. D day came after the holiday in Tatras where I had terrible backache. I realized that I had to slow down and to listen to my back.

One year before I met a personal trainer I was exercising in a gym on my own with no result. The exercises were all the same and from compulsion. I looked for a personal trainer because I wanted to strengthen my back muscles and form my body. After the first lesson with the trainer I experienced another feeling. I was not negative about the exercise; on the other hand I was looking forward to next lesson. They are free and easy; I don’t have to think about the exercise, about the correct combination. I go gym with a smile. I know the trainer will organize the exercise and I can work out with a smile and sometimes with a „tingling feeling in my muscles“. I can concentrate on the workout and observe individual motions. I don’t worry about doing it wrong, because the trainer is watching me all the time. The feeling after the workout, languor and the desire for other workouts is, like I say, infectious. I recommend it. And something else – it is good, when you are looking forward to another lesson that the trainer is preparing for you for a change, for a harder workout. Every time you manage another step to your wished-for goal. It is nice when you look in the mirror and this look makes you feel better.

I tried for two years to fit more exercise into my very busy work schedule, which I was used to during my studies. And how it normally is with other people, everything else was more important and I was feeling worse and worse.... In four years during which I moved form Slovakia to Prague and started to work from morning till evening, I put on weight and that was bugging me. I was used to my really slim figure, which was now getting more and more rounded, even though I didn’t eat so much. You know it as well – sedentary job, minimal sport, and an irregular diet and I was getting fatter.
Only with Mirka, with whom I started to workout nine months ago did I find my rhythm, lose weight, and first of all form and strengthen my body. I have to say now I can’t really imagine one week without a work out and without our early morning classes which I look forward to. Classes with Mirka are great, full of innovation, positive energy, and good mood. All this in combination with her professional attitude and nice workout, which is not only anaerobic exercise on the machines but also practice from yoga, Flexibar, different balls and other exercise tools. I really enjoy the exercise with my personal trainer like I enjoy my life and that is saying something.

I spend most of my work time at a table... my body was result of it and I had a backache. From a physiotherapist, who recommended some exercises to me, I got in contact with Radek. I went to the first with some fear. I expected a distant arrogant muscle-man with affected demands, which would put another weight after weight. None of this was true. I got an individual and professional attitude, a friendly atmosphere at the workouts, and support with difficulties. I had a weight of 10 kg more, I didn’t have energy, and my whole body was aching. For more than 10 years I didn’t work out and I felt old. I started to exercise with Radek. " As a student I worked out very often but when I started to work the frequency was reduced and finally I stopped. After childbirth all my free-time was filled with activities with my son. The irony is that the reason for exercise was not my visage or my backache but my small son. He is very energetic and I found out that his physical condition in his four years was much bigger than mine. When I decided to exercise I didn’t know how. I studied PE and I know that doing exercises wrong can hurt the body. I didn’t dare to go back to the aerobic or other exercises which I did before, first of all because of my back and second because I think I couldn’t breathe it out. Man was I ashamed.
