TRAINING IN PREGNANCY AND AFTER THE CHILDBIRTH
Pregnancy is a unique and unrepeatable period in life of woman. In pregnancy every mother-to-be should pay attention to an optimal regime and suitable motion routine. For the mother-to-be we prepared a training programme with remedial elements, anaerobic exercises relax and neck massage.
Also women who already have a baby deserve special care. Especially for them, we prepared a training programme which is directed to all the problematic areas which trouble women after childbirth.
