I go to the workout with Mirka I got by luck. It was a prize on a internet website. At the first meeting I was captured by her professionalism with which she gets to the training plan and to the real workouts. The first time I was surprised how much of a difference there is exercising with a personal trainer. Not only does he constantly supervise you to see if you do the exercises correctly and with maximum effect, but he also perfectly motivates you, when you are not in the mood to workout or when you want to end early.
